What an amazing island! We loved exploring the dunes of Joaquina by buggy and trying stand-up paddleboarding in Lagoa da Conceição. The atmosphere in Lagoa town in the evening is vibrant and fun.
Floripa is beautiful, though some beaches can get crowded. Praia Mole was a great spot for surfing lessons, and the local *pão de queijo* is addictive! We enjoyed the laid-back vibe.
Incredible natural beauty. The trails around Ilha do Campeche were breathtaking, and the water clarity for snorkeling was unexpected. Trying *sequinho de camarão* at a small *restaurante por quilo* was a delicious local experience.
