The landscape of Cappadocia is truly unique. Hiking through Rose Valley and seeing the ancient cave churches carved into the rock was an unforgettable experience. The hospitality of the locals was also wonderful. We stayed in a cave hotel, which was incredibly atmospheric.
An amazing place with truly surreal scenery. The hot air balloon ride is a must-do, though it can be a bit pricey. We enjoyed wandering through Göreme and discovering hidden trails. The food was delicious, especially the gozleme from the local stalls.
